Order Processing

Orders made through our on-line shop are processed within 48 hours of your order, from Monday through Friday, Hong Kong time (GMT+8). We will contact you via email to confirm availability of your order and shipping of your order. For out of stock items, we will contact you with an approximate delivery date and you may choose to wait for the item(s) or revoke your order for a full refund.
Snowboard Sox reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order, or limit the order quantity for any reason.
